McDonald's in Ilford

"I recently visited McDonald's for breakfast and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I had ordered my meal to be served at the table, but several aspects of my visit were quite disappointing. Firstly, the cucumber in my meal was noticeably unfresh and had an unpleasant sticky texture. This was quite disappointing as I expected fresh ingredients in my meal, especially when dining at a well-known establishment like McDonald's. Moreover, I did not receive any napkins with my order. Napkins are a basic necessity, and their absence was inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, my visit to McDonald's for breakfast was not up to the standards I have come to expect from the brand. I hope that these issues can be addressed to ensure that future customers have a more enjoyable dining experience. "It's a medium-sized McDonald's, it can sit 50-ish people, decent Wi-Fi but no sockets. Their kiosk had run out of receipt paper, but the lady at the counter took my word for the number on the receipt and smiled, so it didn't create a problem. Otherwise, everything was predictable, which is great when life keeps throwing challenges."

"I have never seen that nice interior at McDonald's before. Very colourful and unique. Table service available. Toilets available upstairs and downstairs. A lot of customers , but me and my friend found available seats by the window. Very nice and helpful customer service, even though they are busy with helping other customers, always speak nice and can answer your questions too. Very satisfying. Good atmosphere. Good hygiene. Good spot."

"Everyone loved McDonald, this shop is in high street and easily accessible. Staff is good here and they are taking care proper hygiene. One improvement required in menu options specially for vegetarians and vegan people. I loved black coffee here , nice aroma ."

"Very buzy and the staff seemed unable to cope with the demand. The tables were not cleaned quickly and the dustbin was overflowing. None of the ketchup dispenser worked. However the girl serving was worked off her feet and she tried her absolute best to serve all the customers as quickly as possible."
